First Impression: Freeman Avocado and Oatmeal Facial Clay Mask

Hey there! :) For today's post i wanted to write a first impression on a face mask that i recently tried. Not too long ago i picked up the Freeman Avocado and Oatmeal Facial Clay Mask and tried it for the first time this morning!

This mask was easy to apply and has a very smooth texture, as well as a really nice beachy, fresh scent. I left it on while i was in the bath and washed it off about half way through, so i left it on for about 10 minutes. It rinsed off easily and left my face feeling soft and clean! I'm not sure if this product will help with my acne but i plan on doing an updated complete review to let you guy know if i'm going to repurchase this. Overall my first impression was quite good! The face mask made me feel like my pores are cleaned out and my overall face was very clean! I'm going to do this mask 2-3 times a week and let you guys know what i think in about a month hopefully!

My Summer Reading List

Personally, I find that i get the most reading done during the summer months! It's when i am least busy and have the most spare time compared to the rest of the year. This year i decided that i would get even more reading done if i had a list of books planned to be read, so that is exactly what this post is about! I'm going to share the books i'm going to read and i'd love to hear your suggestions for more! So let get right into it :)


1. Legend by Marie LuSo this one is a dystopian novel supposed to be full of action, suspense, and romance.

2. The Selection by Kiera Cass

This one is about the competition between a group of girls to win the heart of prince Maxon and live in a palace. The idea of this book seemed incredibly intriguing so i picked it up about a month ago.

Here's the description:

For thirty-five girls, the Selection is the chance of a lifetime. The opportunity to escape the life laid out for them since birth. To be swept up in a world of glittering gowns and priceless jewels. To live in a palace and compete for the heart of gorgeous Prince Maxon.

3. Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins

Alright so for this one i'm a little late.. Or a lot late! I read The Hunger Games and Catching Fire months ago but just never got around to reading the final book and i really need to get on with finishing the trilogy! This summer seemed like the perfect time!

Here's the description: 

Against all odds, Katniss Everdeen has survived the Hunger Games twice. But now that she''s made it out of the bloody arena alive, she''s still not safe. The Capitol is angry. 4. Pandemonium by Lauren Oliver

So this is another one where i read the first one a few months back and never got on with the rest of the trilogy, so once again this summer i'll finish this one up with pandemonium and Requiem. 

There was no proper description for this one so here's the general idea:

5. Killing Mr. Griffin by Lois Duncan 

This one is a bit of an older book but when i saw it on amazon for only $4.00 I couldn't resist and ordered it. Now just to find the time to read it! I feel like this is going to be the type of book that keeps me up all night wanting to know what happens, but we'll see!
